The deadline date for September 2026 admissions is 15th January 2026.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to apply online and read the online prospectus - Applying for a Primary School Place in West Northamptonshire 2026-27. This provides detailed information on schools and the application process.

Admissions Appeals Timetables

Following the National Offer Day on Thursday 16 April 2026

The Appeals Clerk will send notification of the Hearing (Date and Time) to the Appellants, week commencing 16 June 2025 and proposed appeal hearing dates are the week commencing Monday 7 July 2025.

Spring/Summer 2025 appeals will take place on Zoom.

Decision letters will be sent within 5 working days of the appeal hearing, subject to any unforeseen circumstances

“We are currently consulting on our 2026 admission arrangements. We are proposing to remove the criterion giving priority to children with a social/medical need where Chacombe is the only school that can provide for the child. Please see our proposed admission arrangements for September 2026 intakes below."
